The purpose of Eastern Medicine and acupuncture is to restore the body, mind, and emotions from an unhealthy state to one of vibrant health.
Ill health comes about for any number of reasons: a viral or bacterial infection, accidents, constitutional tendencies, or chronic stress. Any of these issues impact the body, mind, and emotions, which then need rehabiltiation to be restored back to health.
We believe being moderate in everyday habits is the way to become healthy and stay that way. There are 5 core habits to pay attention to when cultivating health: diet, exercise, breathing, relaxation, and attitude.
