- Close your eyes
- Gently rest your middle three fingers directly under your eyebrows
- Now, gently press down your eyebrows against your fingers, so equal pressure is being applied from both sides. Note: you only need a very light pressure to be effective
- With your eyelids closed, roll your eyes up. Feel the subtle stretch at the top and back of the eyes
- Hold for 20 counts
