Try This 20-Second Fix for Tired Eyes
Lots of time gazing at digital devices translates to eye strain, every day.
Try this exercise the next time you become aware your eyes feel tired. You’ll garner immediate results, and who doesn’t like that?
- Close eyes.
- Gently rest middle three fingers directly under the eyebrows.
- Gently press down the eyebrows against the fingers. Only a very light pressure is needed.
- Roll eyes up along with the gentle push-pull of the eyebrows for a subtle stretch at the top and back of the eyes.
- Hold for 20 counts.
