“Organically grown” gets quite expensive so pick and choose, based on this list, and what’s available and locally grown.
We also recommend using a veggie-wash on ALL your vegetables and fruit as a prep before cooking.
To counterbalance the Dirty Dozen we’ve included “The Clean Fifteen,” which are the fruit and vegetables least likely to contain pesticides.
